Vignette Collection → Acted for Odom Living in negotiating and concluding hotel agreements with IHG in June 2023 for a Vignette Collection. The property will be part of a high-rise mixed-use development in Phnom Penh and is scheduled to open in 2027.

Centara Hotels & Resorts → Represented Centara Hotels & Resorts in their 2017 acquisition of a lagoon in the Maldives to expand their hospitality presence in the Maldives.

MGallery branded resort → Represented Kompas Hotels & Resorts in negotiating and finalizing hotel agreements in December 2022 for the first MGallery branded resort of Accor in the Philippines. The five star branded resort on Panglao Island is part of an integrated green mixed-use development of USD 545 million.

The Standard, Singapore → Acted for Standard in respect of their hotel agreements for The Standard, Singapore signed in July 2021. This 143 key hotel on Orange Grove Road is tipped to open in Q3 of 2024.
